The Mad Millie Fresh Cheese Kit provides you with everything you need to make an array of fresh artisan cheeses at home. Just add fresh milk! 

This kit contains authentic cheese making culture so you can be sure your cheese will look and taste the part. Designed to be used in any kitchen. No cheese making experience needed!

Time: Made in 1 day
Quantity: Over 10 batches. Approx. 7 kg in total before additional consumables need to be purchased. 
Cheese the kit makes: Feta, Halloumi, Cottage Cheese, Light Cream Cheese, Cream Cheese, Chevre Frais, Goat's Feta, Quark and Farmhouse butter. 

No artificial flavours, preservative free & vegetarian. 

The mesophilic culture is shelf stable for 8 months. However, we suggest storing cultures in the freezer when you get them in order to prolong the life of the culture.
