The Air Still is compact and easy to use wherever and whenever you want. It fits nicely on your kitchen countertop and stores easily in cabinetry or pantries.

The Air Still is equipped with an efficient, built-in fan that blows air over the coils to cool and condense the vapour into liquid. No separate water source is required during distillation. Also suitable for distilled water and hydrosols.

A botanical basket, purchased separately, can be used for crafting gin or other botanical spirits.
