The CREATE+ Alembic Copper Dome, VORTEX Alembic Equipment Kit, and Boiler 25 L bundle are the ultimate alembic distilling setup, designed to produce high-quality distilled water, hydrosols, and flavoursome spirits such as whiskey, rum, bourbon, and gin.

The CREATE+ Alembic Copper Condenser features a 2" tri-clamp connection, and the dome comes with a 2" tri-clamp to DN40 Threaded Adapter for easy connection to 2" tri-clamp accessories, providing the ability to trial different distilling configurations.  The VORTEX Alembic Equipment Kit allows you to run a fully air-cooled alembic distilling setup without the need for any cooling water.

CLEANING AFTER USE: To clean, you can use a household vacuum cleaner to remove dust that may collect in the fan grill and the finned tubes over time.  To clean inside the product pathway, conduct a distillation run of equal parts white vinegar and drinking water.

CAUTION: Metal fins can have sharp edges.  Use care when handling, assembling, cleaning, or storing this unit, and avoid running fingers along the fin surface.

CREATE+ Boiler 25 L:
• Dual element control switches provide more control during distillation - when both switches are in the ON position, the element will be supplied full power of 2200W (1600 if using a US/CA unit). When one switch is in the OFF position, it will only consume 1100W (or 1100W/500W if using a US/CA unit) of power.

NOTE: The Still Spirits Boiler Lid and Alembic Dome are designed primarily for small to medium-sized distilling setups that do not have heavy, off-centre attachments. The lid and dome are reasonably flexible and sturdy enough to fit components that are within the following specifications:
• A total column & condenser height up to 1.1 m (3.6 ft) from the lid or dome.
• A total column & condenser weight up to 11 kg (24 lbs), including up to 2 kg (4.4 lbs) of off-centre weight from a swan neck, lyne arm, or condenser running in parallel with the column and offset up to 160 mm (6”) to the main column.

We recommend external support if:
• Your column & condenser exceed the above specifications.
• The lyne arm is not vertical but angled or perpendicular, running away from the column, resulting in significantly distant off-centre weight.
• If the column & condenser are noticeably leaning.
