Tonic Flavour Shot, perfect for pairing with your favourite Impressence Gin Spirit flavouring for a classic gin and tonic. Either Keg, Bottle or Can.

Flavour Profile:
Delicate, fragrant blend of floral botanicals with subtle citrus notes. It gives that classic Mediterranean flavour that perfectly complements your favourite spirit such as gin, or vodka.

Ingredients:
Water, Acidity Regulator (E330), Natural Flavouring, Flavouring.

Allergens: Contains Quinine

Keggers, Bottlers and Canners that use sugar to prime
You would simply add these flavour shots to your fermenter / bottling bucket / keg. It is very difficult to determine how much you would add as it depends on the flavour intensity of what you've brewed/mixed up. Whether that be a beer, seltzer or cider for example.
These Flavour Shots are extremely more potent when paired with a sugar or sugar alternative. Artificial sweeteners in dryer fermented recipes may be a great way to boost the flavour.

Soft Drink Ready to Keg Kit
These kits only utilise white sugar or artificial sweeteners, a number of Flavour Shots and FermStops based on the Keg Size.

Mix up a 19L Corny Keg or a Half Size 9.5L Corny Keg of classic tonic soft drink or pair this with your favourite gin spirit flavouring for a gin and tonic at home with ease by following the instructions below. Simply mix, carbonate and enjoy! 

For best results ensure the beverage is fully carbonated before consuming and allow the keg to condition over 1-2 weeks as the flavour will settle and improve over time. For a less sweet option simply reduce the white sugar addition.

Tonic Soft Drink Recipe (19L keg)

  1. Add 4 x Impressence Tonic Shot sachets to your  19L Corny Keg
  2. Add 1.4kg White Sugar.
  3. Top up to 19L with water and add 2 x FermStop sachets.
  4. Mix Keg Contents Well.
  5. Carbonate to 3.5 volumes CO2  [Optimum 20psi at 2°C]

Tonic Soft Drink Recipe (9.5L keg)

  1. Add 2 x Impressence Tonic Shot sachets to your 9.5L Corny Keg
  2. Add 700g White Sugar.
  3. Top up to 9.5L with water and add 1 x FermStop sachets.
  4. Mix Keg Contents Well.
  5. Carbonate to 3.5 volumes CO2 [Optimum 20psi at 2°C]

 

BYO Alcohol  Gin and Tonic 19L Keg Kit Instructions (ABV 5.90%)

4 x Impressence - Tonic Flavour Shot - 50mL
2 x Impressence - FermStop 50mL

Recipe Instructions:

  1. Add 2.8L of your favourite Gin to your 19L Corny Keg.
  2. Add 4 x  Impressence - Tonic Flavour Shots - 50mL
  3. Add 1.4kg White Sugar.
  4. Top up to 19L with water and then add 2 x FermStop sachets.
    (this step is critical, do not add the Impressence FermStops without having topped up the water)
  5. Mix Keg Contents Well.
  6. Carbonate to 3.5 volumes CO2 [Optimum 20psi at 2°C]

BYO Alcohol Gin and Tonic Squash9.5L Keg Kit Instructions (ABV 5.90%)

2 x Impressence - Tonic Flavour Shot - 50mL
1 x Impressence - FermStop 50mL

Recipe Instructions:

  1. Add 1.4L of your favourite Gin to your 9.5L Corny Keg
  2. Add 2 x Impressence - Tonic Flavour Shots - 50mL
  3. Add 700g White Sugar.
  4. Top up to 9.5L with water and then add 1 x FermStop sachets. 
  5. (this step is critical, do not add the Impressence FermStops without having topped up the water).
  6. Mix Keg Contents Well.
  7. Carbonate to 3.5 volumes CO2 [Optimum 20psi at 2°C]

Please note: These recipes have been formulated around the full quantities listed, adjusting sweetness levels may have a negative affect on flavour profile.
