Rolled/Flaked Rice (Blue Lake Milling) per 100g

Rolled Rice is derived from brown grains of rice, that have been rolled into flat flakes under heavy rollers in various thicknesses. It is cooked in the same manner as oats, with a shorter cooking time.

An un-malted adjunct that provides additional body, with a clean taste. It does not have the enzymes needed for conversion so should be mashed with malted grains.
