Powered by VORTEX and connected by CREATE+, the VORTEX 2-in-1 Ultimate Bundle gives you the flexibility to produce both clean neutral through reflux distillation and rich, full-flavoured spirits, hydrosols, or distilled water through alembic pot distillation - all from one modular setup.

At the heart of the bundle is the groundbreaking VORTEX Air Cooled Condenser. It eliminates the need for a continuous cooling-water supply, allowing you to a run without the usual constraints of water-cooled equipment. You can save hundreds of litres of water during every run without sacrificing performance, time, or quality.

Switching between reflux and pot-still configurations is simple. To convert the reflux setup into a pot still, disconnect one VORTEX condenser module together with the two elbows, then reconfigure the remaining components with the CREATE+ Copper Alembic Dome. The modular 2-inch tri-clamp connections make changing between configurations quick and straightforward.

Complete with the 25 L CREATE+ Boiler and Complete Companion Kit, this bundle brings fermentation, distillation, filtering, and flavouring together in one versatile package. CREATE+ Boiler 25 L:
• Dual element control switches provide more control during distillation - when both switches are in the ON position, the element will be supplied full power of 2200W (1600 if using a US/CA unit). When one switch is in the OFF position, it will only consume 1100W (or 1100W/500W if using a US/CA unit) of power.
